Our Basic Full Service Package Includes:





  • On or off site BBQ cooking
  • Friendly, professional uniformed servers
  • Deluxe plates forks knives napkins and wet naps
  • Complete buffet setup, including chaffing dishes and table skirting
  • Up to 2 hrs serving time and clean-up of buffet area

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit will reserve your date (based on estimated attendance)
  • Menu selection should be made at least two weeks in advance
  • In order to serve you better, a final count of guests and a firm serving time must be established seven days before the event. There will be an additional service charge for any changes made between the 7th and 4th day before the event. We regret that changes cannot be made 3 days prior to the event

The listed prices in our menu are per person and based on groups of 100 or more, served buffett style. For groups of 5-59, please add $1.00 per person. Sorry we cannot grill on site for less than 50. for less than 50 people see our leaving the station for orders go.
